What do you get when you combine beer, cheese, and zucchini? Bread! My Cheddar Cheese Zucchini Beer Bread to be exact. This delicious quick bread is loaded with cheesy, buttery goodness. You won’t even notice the veggies I snuck in.
This month, the recipe redux members are baking bread. I’m not the most patient chef, so waiting for bread to bake or yeast to rise is out of the question. That’s why I love making beer bread. It’s quick, easy, and requires virtually no wait time. Plus, the beer adds fantastic flavor!

Wow! I randomly found this recipe while searching for stuff to make that would use up all of the extra zucchini I have in my freezer. I was unable to find whole wheat flour so I just used another cup of all purpose. I doubled the recipe and made two loaves. Both turned out perfectly golden, smell amazing, and taste even better. It’s so moist! This is definitely a new favorite in my house.
Yay! I’m so glad you liked it! 🙂 thank you!!
