These 4 ingredient overnight oats have been a lifesaver recently! This past month has been crazy busy. I’m always looking for ways to save time in the morning. These Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats do the trick! Make them the night before and grab them on your way out the door.
I love breakfast food. I could eat a bowl of oatmeal or cereal for any meal of the day. Some mornings I just don’t have time to make breakfast– I may or may not press the snooze button 1 too many times! Making these oats the night before helps to make my morning a breeze! They are packed with protein and fiber to fill you up and fuel you through the morning. Best of all, they taste like a chocolate peanut butter cup!
Making this recipe could not be easier! Grab a mason jar, plastic container, or even an empty peanut butter jar. Fill the jar with your oats, chocolate protein powder, PB2, and milk. I used Kachava Protein powder to make my Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats. It’s one of my favorite protein powders and gives the recipe a delicious chocolate flavor! I opted to use cashew milk because it makes the oats nice and creamy. In the morning, top your oats with your favorite toppings like granola, fresh fruit, or peanut butter. Grab a spoon and enjoy them on the way to work!
