Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 tbsp sabra jalapeno hummus
- 2 tbsp black beans
- 2 tbsp corn
- 5 cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 tbsp Mexican cheese
- 2 slices of avocado
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place tortilla on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until golden and firm.
- Top with hummus, beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado.
- Slice and enjoy!
