Has this summer been crazy for anyone else? It feels like I spent most of May and June in and out of airports. Traveling is always rough on my tummy, so I love drinking hot tea in the mornings or evenings. Lipton® Terrific Turmeric Tea is a caffeine-free herbal tea featuring turmeric, ginger and orange and has been one of my recent favorites.
It’s been hot and humid here in Tennessee, so I really haven’t been craving hot tea, but I have been craving sweet tea. In the South, sweet iced tea is the ultimate summer drink! I love it and grew up drinking it – however most are pretty high in sugar. That’s why I created this super simple reduced sugar Turmeric Iced Tea Lemonade. It’s made with just two ingredients- Lipton’s Terrific Turmeric Tea + a reduced sugar lemonade.
My family and I have always used Lipton® Tea. It is grown using rain, wind and sunshine to create its signature rich taste and aroma. I love that they believe every cup of tea should not only help brighten your day, but help brighten the future of tea farmers, their families and the planet too.
For the lemonade you can make your own or simply buy a reduced-sugar or sugar-free lemonade from the grocery store.
