My vegetarian Mexican pizza is the perfect throw together appetizer, lunch, or dinner. Made with just 7 simple ingredients, this zesty twist on the Italian classic will be a new family favorite.

- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 tbsp sabra jalapeno hummus
- 2 tbsp black beans
- 2 tbsp corn
- 5 cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 tbsp Mexican cheese
- 2 slices of avocado
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place tortilla on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until golden and firm.
Top with hummus, beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado.
Slice and enjoy!
