  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • ¾ cups Zucchini Grated
  • 3 Tablespoons Chives Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

  • Pour half of the melted butter into the bottom of the pan and spread it around evenly. Add batter to the pan and brush the remaining melted butter over the top.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
  • Allow bread to cool in pan. Run a knife along the edge of the pan to release.
