  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp honey


  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl
  • Mix until combined
  • Roll into 6 bliss balls
  • Place in the fridge for 30 minutes (to firm)
  • Store in the fridge
