Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash one banana and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg, vanilla, oil, and milk. Add mashed banana to the mixture.
In a medium sized bowl, combine dry ingredients (protein powder, flour, baking soda, and salt).
Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir to combine.
Add 1/4 cup of the mix to 8 muffin tins. Bake for 16 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Let muffins cool.
Heat white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Add one tsp of canola oil after the first 30 seconds.
Drizzle white chocolate over the cool muffins.
Makes 8 muffins.
