Skinny Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup and 3 TBSP of Cashew Milk
  • 1 TBSP of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of Truvia
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 TBSP of semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan on medium low heat, add 3 TBSP of cashew milk and cocoa powder
  • Whisk until it makes a paste
  • Add 1 cup of cashew milk, truvia, vanilla, and chocolate chips
  • Turn heat down to low and let all of the ingredients merge together
  • Serve alone or with marshmallows or cream and a candy cane
  • Makes 1 big serving or 2 small ones
