What if I have food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
No worries! That’s the best part about the meal planning mastery program- it’s totally customized to YOU! It is absolutely necessary that you honor any food allergies or intolerances that you have. As a Registered Dietitian, I’ve worked with countless clients that are vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. If you have specific concerns about your needs and whether the program is a good fit, please e-mail chelsealeblancrdn@gmail.com.
Can I do the virtual grocery store tour, virtual pantry assessment, and virtual “cook with me” session? Or two of the three?
Of course! You can add to these sessions! They are $150.00 apiece.
Can I get additional meal plans?
Absolutely! You can “add on” a week’s meal plan for $40.00/ week. My goal is to teach you how to use the one-week meal plan + curated recipe eBook to create balanced meals going forward, but sometimes having it done for you is even better!
Can I schedule additional follow-up sessions?
Most definitely! Many of my clients enjoy doing monthly follow-up check-in sessions for accountability and ongoing support. These sessions are $50.00 a piece.
Do you accept insurance?
No, not at this time :(.
How do meal plans work for the entire family?
My meal plans are fully customized to you – from your food preferences to what culinary skills you have and who is eating with you. If you need your meal plan to work for the entire family, no problem! If you want your meal plan to be just for you, we can walk you through ways to still make meal times easy with the whole family.
